Посылка не дошла в срок

Сегодня 08.10.14 есть шанс что придет? И если нет то что делать?

Добрый день.
Я так понял, что посылку вам отправили 15 августа, прошло полтора месяца, даже почти два.
И у вас истекает время подтверждения заказа.

А где сейчас посылка? После отправления вам продавец должен был выслать трекер для отслеживания.

Если посылка рядом, имеет смысл связаться с продавцом и продлить время заказа, про это можно почитать вот тут, случай 1

Если продавец не отвечает, трекера нет, или не продляет срок, то смело можете открывать спор, там же, случай 2.

Вобщем, администрация али вам в этом письме всё это и написала)
